Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness events when she was 16 years old. When she was 17 she earned her pro card just a year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness competitions in the year she turned 16. She was awarded her Pro Card within a year aged 17. She became among the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel has been away for six years from the stage following her acquisition of the Pro Card required to complete her studies at college. In the year 2015 she returned on the stage and took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance that she was competing in throughout her career and established new goals every year. In 2009 she was the winner of the titles of four other fitness contests. The 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her among the young IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) in the history of fitness. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competing so she could complete her degree at college. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The team finished 3rd at the show. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. After three months, she stepped up on stage at the Olympia and placed 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was pleased to have finished 6th in the Fitness division despite not having any expectations. In light of the fact that she had to compete against some of the top competitors. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rows single lat pull-downs with one arm with a machine. as well as seated rows. It is common to warm up before the workout. Ariel is also known for making the most of her workout time. Supersetting all of the back exercises into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is her thing.
