Angela Gossow grew up in Cologne along with her three siblings. When she was 17, her parents split up. After their company collapsed her family was faced with more problems with finances. Her financial troubles were made more difficult due to her eating disorder and anorexia. Gossow, the lead singer of ARCH ENIY until recently, said that she'd decided to step down. I started out in the year 1991. It wasn't fun anymore to travel around the world. It was easier to just give up than keep on pretending. Originally, the lead singer of the group was Johan Liiva.
